EXECUTIVE SEARCH

For Director to SVP-level openings,
exclusive talent strategy and executive search partnership with Sarah Greenwell, Founder and Executive Recruiter.
​
Executive searches are conducted as retained engagements at a 25% fee. Growth Mode limits Executive search to 2 to 3 at a time, ensuring dedicated partnership and unparalleled results for each search.

CONTINGENT SEARCH

For Manager and Individual Contributor openings, candidate sourcing, interviewing and presentation with Shelley Wick, Director of Technical Recruiting.

Because we limit these searches to 3-5 at a time, Contingent engagements are conducted with a small up-front engagement fee, which is applied to a 22% fee contingent upon our finding your new hire.

RECRUITING SPRINTS

For roles that need to be filled by a set date, Growth Mode has developed a recruiting methodology and project plan to meet timelines as aggressive as three weeks.

Recruiting Sprints are conducted at a flat rate, determined by timeline, level, and function. Because of the resources needed for Recruiting Sprints, Growth Mode limits Sprint engagements to one at a time.

ANGEL RECRUITING

Growth Mode is driven by being a part of our clients' growth stories through diverse and impactful hires. If your company is on the precipice of growth but unable to invest in a recruiting partner, we invite you to apply for an angel recruiting engagement with Growth Mode.

All applications are reviewed by Sarah Greenwell, Founder and Executive Recruiter, and will be responded to within 3 business days. Growth Mode limits angel recruiting engagements to 4 per calendar year.
